The missile hit the building between the first and fifth floor, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast Governor Serhiy Lysak reported. First responders retrieved the body of a woman from the rubble at around 11 p.m. local time.
"Unfortunately, a 55-year-old man died at 8:50 a.m.," said Oleksandr Vilkul, the head of the city's military administration, on his Telegram channel on Oct. 30.
Russian attacks across Ukraine killed at least eight people and injured at least 49 over the past day, including children, regional authorities reported on Oct. 29.
A Russian missile attack killed a 39-year-old man and injured 14 others, 10 of whom were hospitalized, Governor Serhii Lysak said. The strike damaged multiple buildings, including apartments, a school, and a clinic.

Eight of the injured are currently in the hospital, but their conditions are "moderate," Oleksandr Vilkul, the head of the city's military administration, said on Oct. 20.

Governor Serhii Lysak said on March 13 that ten adults were still in the hospital, five of them with severe injuries. Seven children were also hospitalized, all with moderate injuries.
A 47-year-old woman died due to serious injuries in hospital overnight, and the two more women and one man were killed the day before, according to the authorities.
